For more than 15 years, I’ve helped leaders, teams, and organizations in the digital space transform chaos into collaboration, real results, and room for people.
My approach combines agile methods, research-based insights on people and work environments, and an EMCC certification as a systemic coach.
But most importantly, I’m a hands-on pragmatist through and through.

When you book an informal chat with me, I’ll start by asking you a whole bunch of questions. Then I’ll tell you what I would do in your situation — whether or not that involves working with me.
